Zirbel Family

… If there was ever a family that I looked at with love and adoration (ok.. maybe with the stalker look, too), its this one. I met Corey, Megan, Georgie, & AJ when my older daughter was 4 or 5. It was a long time ago. Georgie and Olivia took dance class together in NEA, and something about this sweet family just made my heart glow. I have never known sweeter people, and I'm incredibly blessed that they keep coming to me to photograph their adorable kids.

Yesterday I spent some time walking around "the farm" with my soul sister, Rachel. My Rachyyy. :) Every single time I get to spend time with her, I wonder how on earth I got to be so lucky… she has been the greatest blessing to me since we met in 2012. I'm thankful daily that God knew my heart and knew that I needed a life long friend at just the moment he introduced us.

Photographing someone with such inner beauty makes my job of capturing the outer beauty such a breeze. Rachel's southern charm, hospitality, huge heart, and beautiful soul just shine through her eyes and smile and well.. just see for yourself.

Hello, Alabama!

It is Spring Break this week and I am super excited that I got to spend a few days with my sister, brother in law, and puppy in law. I haven't seen my sister since…. well, the weekend before! That's rare though, since we live 8.5 hours apart.

Naturally when I visit, I have to snap some family photos. That is one of the things I love most about being a photographer- capturing images for people I love. I get to record all of my siblings' big life events, and sweet moments.

Cameron & Paige

Something I love about being a photographer is the ability to capture how people feel in an image that will last a lifetime. My absolute favorite thing about being a photographer is my ability to capture those feelings and moments for people I LOVE.

I love all of my clients, but it would be a lie if I said I don't love some more than others…. because I mean, who wouldn't love their adorable little niece a little bit more than anyone else!? :) I went home last weekend and I had the pleasure of snapping a few shots of my adorable niece Phoenix, and her family (my brother Cam, and his lovely lady Paige).

this one is hilarious, Phoenix is laughing and pointing at her cousin riding her bicycle. 

I feel like this captures my family so well. Cameron is the funniest guy around, and Phoenix takes after her daddy. Paige is their missing puzzle piece! 

Thanks y'all for letting me capture these little moments. My brother has never looked or acted happier in his whole life. My heart just sings knowing that someone I love so much is so happy!
